Bringing over 30 years of experience as an investor, developer, and entrepreneur. Kevin began his career on Wall Street on the NYMEX after graduating from Northwestern University in 1988. In 2006 he started to acquire property in the Hudson county area, and by 2009 transitioned into real estate development doing ground up construction deals primarily in Hoboken and Jersey City.
He has successfully raised equity, sourced deals, and developed multiple projects in the last decade. With his entire career focused on
risk management , he has developed a unique aptitude for finding and completing high quality projects in the Hudson County region.
His main area of focus is now directed on the space coast of Florida where he is currently developing a 222 room condo/hotel on the beach.
